Customer Support Executive Needed
Customer Support Executive or Representative with English/Bengali.
Hello! We are looking for a talented, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to join our team of professionals and provide top-quality back-office solutions to our US customers.
Our clients, USA based photographers, Photo Studio service providers, so we are looking for dedicated, full-time CS agents (with great knowledge of English and Bengali) to be in charge of various CS-related processes and communicating with customers.
Job Responsibilities | Customer Support Executive
- Taking care of CS-related tasks
- Communicating with clients via provided channels
- Handling incoming calls, chats, texts, and emails
- File Upload & Download
- Working with documentation & provided software to perform CS duties
- Taking care of CS-related issues while ensuring low hold time, short conversations and quick resolution.
- Understand client requirements and suggest as per requirements.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference
- Following up with customers for any further information.
Educational Requirements | Customer Support Executive
• HSC, or Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Graduation from any Reputed University.
• Diploma / B.Sc. In Computer Science.
• Experienced on This Field will Get Higher Priority.
Experience Requirements: N/A
